Terms & Conditions

The short version: book one $179 photo package, and drone photos, a 2D floor plan and a property website are free on that listing and every qualifying listing through Dec 31, 2027. You pay after delivery. If you don't approve of the photos and don't use them, you don't pay for the photography. Full details below.

These Terms & Conditions govern the Drone Digital promotional offer providing complimentary drone photography, floor plans, and property websites on qualifying real estate photography orders through December 31, 2027.

By claiming the offer, submitting a booking request, or booking services under this promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1Eligibility

This promotion is available only to customers who claim the offer through an authorized Drone Digital advertisement, landing page, booking page, promotional link, or other approved promotional campaign during the applicable offer period.

Drone Digital LLC may require proof that the customer claimed the offer during the active promotional period.

The promotion is intended for real estate agents, brokers, property professionals, and other customers booking qualifying real estate photography services.

The promotion is limited to a set number of agent enrollments, as stated on the promotional page at the time of claiming. Once the stated number of enrollments has been reached, Drone Digital may close the promotion to new participants.

2Qualifying Order Requirement

Promotional benefits apply only when the customer books a qualifying paid photography order of at least $179 before taxes, travel fees, rush fees, or other supplemental charges.

Each order must independently meet the minimum qualifying purchase requirement.

Orders below the minimum required amount do not qualify for complimentary promotional services.

3Promotional Benefits

For each qualifying order, eligible customers may receive the following services at no additional charge:

• Standard drone photography
• Standard 2D floor plan
• Standard property website

These promotional benefits begin with the customer's first qualifying order after claiming the promotion and may continue on qualifying orders through December 31, 2027, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

4Photography Coverage

Qualifying photography packages include interior and exterior photography of the property without a predetermined photo-count limit.

Drone Digital will photograph the property using professional judgment and will determine the number of final delivered images based on the size, condition, layout, features, and marketing needs of the property.

"No photo limit" does not require Drone Digital to photograph every possible angle, detail, object, room variation, feature, or customer-requested duplicate.

The final number of delivered images is determined by Drone Digital.

5Satisfaction Guarantee

Qualifying first-time promotional bookings may include Drone Digital's satisfaction guarantee.

Customers are not required to pay the base photography fee if they genuinely do not approve of the finished photography, subject to the following conditions:

• The customer must notify Drone Digital of their dissatisfaction promptly after delivery.
• The customer may not download, publish, distribute, upload, market, advertise, share, list, sell, license, or otherwise use any delivered photography or media if they elect not to pay.
• Once the customer downloads, publishes, distributes, markets, or otherwise uses the delivered media, the customer is deemed to have accepted the work and the applicable invoice becomes due.
• The satisfaction guarantee applies to the photography service itself and does not automatically waive third-party costs, travel charges, rush fees, rescheduling fees, cancellation fees, or other separately incurred charges.
• The guarantee does not apply to dissatisfaction caused by property condition, weather, staging, cleanliness, landscaping, lighting conditions, construction, inaccessible areas, homeowner preparation, or circumstances outside Drone Digital's reasonable control.

Drone Digital may, at its discretion, offer a reshoot, editing correction, service credit, or cancellation of the photography charge as the appropriate remedy.

6Payment

Unless otherwise stated at booking, payment is not required before the photography appointment.

Invoices are issued after services are performed.

Customers who accept, download, use, publish, or distribute delivered media are responsible for paying the applicable invoice according to Drone Digital's normal payment terms.

Promotional benefits do not eliminate payment obligations for the qualifying paid photography service.

7Account in Good Standing

Customers must maintain an account in good standing to continue receiving promotional benefits.

Drone Digital may suspend or revoke promotional eligibility for customers with:

• Overdue invoices
• Failed payments
• Chargebacks
• Payment disputes
• Unpaid cancellation or rescheduling fees
• Outstanding balances
• Repeated late payments
• Other unresolved account issues

Promotional benefits may be restored at Drone Digital's discretion after the account is brought current.

8No Combining Promotions

This offer may not be combined with:

• Other discounts
• Coupon codes
• Promotional pricing
• Complimentary-service offers
• Referral credits
• Account credits
• Negotiated discounts
• Special packages
• Other active Drone Digital promotions

unless expressly approved by Drone Digital LLC.

If multiple promotions could apply, Drone Digital may determine which promotion is applied.

9Standard Services Only

The complimentary promotional services apply only to Drone Digital's standard versions of the included services.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Large properties
• Acreage
• Ranches
• Commercial properties
• Multi-unit properties
• Specialty properties
• Extensive land coverage
• Additional drone coverage
• Advanced floor plans
• Custom-branded websites
• Custom website development
• Rush delivery
• Same-day delivery
• Advanced editing
• Virtual staging
• Twilight photography
• Video services
• Travel outside Drone Digital's standard service area
• Additional or specialty deliverables

Drone Digital will determine whether a property or requested service falls outside the scope of the standard promotional benefit.

10Service Area

Promotional benefits are subject to Drone Digital's normal service area.

Travel fees or minimum-order requirements may apply to properties located outside the standard service area.

Drone Digital may decline bookings in locations that are outside its normal operating area or where servicing the property would be commercially unreasonable.

11Drone Photography Restrictions

Complimentary drone photography is subject to:

• FAA rules and regulations
• Airspace restrictions
• Temporary flight restrictions
• Weather conditions
• Property access
• Safety conditions
• Local restrictions
• Pilot judgment

Drone Digital does not guarantee that drone photography can be completed at every property.

If drone operations cannot legally or safely be performed, the complimentary drone portion of the promotion may be omitted without creating a cash credit or refund.

12Scheduling and Availability

All bookings are subject to photographer availability.

Participation in the promotion does not guarantee:

• Same-day availability
• Next-day availability
• A particular photographer
• A particular appointment time
• A particular delivery deadline

Drone Digital may reschedule appointments when reasonably necessary due to weather, safety, equipment issues, photographer availability, access problems, or other operational circumstances.

13Offer Hold Period

Customers who do not currently have a listing may be permitted to claim and hold the promotional offer for up to 60 days.

To preserve eligibility, the customer must claim the offer through the applicable promotional form during the active campaign period.

If the customer does not book a qualifying order within the applicable hold period, Drone Digital may require the customer to qualify under the then-current offer or pricing.

14One Promotional Enrollment Per Customer

Unless otherwise approved by Drone Digital, this offer is limited to one promotional enrollment per:

• Individual
• Agent
• Team
• Brokerage account
• Business
• Related or affiliated customer account

The offer may not be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person.

15No Cash Value

Complimentary promotional benefits:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be converted into account credit
• Cannot be applied toward unrelated services
• Cannot be refunded
• Cannot be carried beyond the applicable promotional period

Unused promotional benefits expire at the conclusion of the promotional period.

16Abuse and Misuse

Drone Digital may suspend or revoke promotional eligibility if it reasonably determines that a customer is abusing, manipulating, or attempting to circumvent the promotion.

Examples include:

• Creating duplicate accounts
• Sharing promotional access with ineligible customers
• Misrepresenting booking information
• Splitting orders to manipulate pricing
• Repeatedly canceling appointments
• Booking services without legitimate intent to complete the transaction
• Attempting to obtain complimentary services without purchasing qualifying photography
• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of promotional codes or booking links

17Customer Conduct

Drone Digital may refuse service or revoke promotional eligibility for customers whose conduct includes:

• Harassment
• Threats
• Abusive behavior
• Discrimination
• Unsafe conduct
• Repeated scheduling abuse
• Repeated nonpayment
• Fraud
• Misrepresentation
• Conduct that creates unreasonable operational, safety, legal, reputational, or financial risk

Drone Digital is not required to continue doing business with a customer whose relationship is no longer considered commercially reasonable.

18Right to Suspend or Revoke Promotion

Drone Digital LLC reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, modify, or revoke this promotion when reasonably necessary.

This may include circumstances involving:

• Capacity limitations
• Photographer availability
• Operational changes
• Pricing changes
• Business changes
• Misuse
• Fraud
• Nonpayment
• Customer conduct
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Circumstances beyond Drone Digital's reasonable control

Drone Digital may also terminate an individual customer's participation when continuing the promotional relationship is no longer commercially reasonable.

19Modification of Terms

Drone Digital LLC may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes may be made to address:

• Operational requirements
• Changes in services
• Abuse or misuse
• Legal requirements
• Pricing structures
• Service availability
• Business conditions

Material changes will not retroactively alter services that have already been completed and accepted.

20Promotion Expiration

Unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, promotional benefits expire at 11:59 PM Central Time on December 31, 2027.

Bookings scheduled after that date do not qualify unless otherwise approved in writing by Drone Digital LLC.

21General Terms

Drone Digital's standard service policies, licensing terms, cancellation policies, rescheduling policies, payment terms, media usage rules, and other applicable policies remain in effect.

If these promotional Terms conflict with Drone Digital's standard terms regarding the specific promotional benefits described here, these promotional Terms will control solely with respect to the promotion.

22Communications Consent, SMS Terms & Privacy

By submitting a form on this page and checking the communications consent box, you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails from Drone Digital LLC at the phone number and email address you provide. Messages relate to your booking request, appointment confirmation and scheduling, delivery of your photos, and this promotional offer. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (512) 337-4793 or info@drone-digital.com.
• Calls may be placed using automated or prerecorded technology.
• We collect your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, and property address solely to provide and schedule the services described in this offer and to communicate with you about them.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors, service providers, and vendors is limited to what is necessary to deliver the services requested and to send you the messages you have consented to.
• If you provide a friend's email address, you confirm you have their permission to share it. We will send them a single email about this offer, and they can opt out at any time.
• This page uses Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad results, Microsoft Clarity for anonymized usage recordings and heatmaps, and Vercel Analytics for visit counts. These tools may set cookies. Clarity recordings mask the text you type into forms.
• You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@drone-digital.com.

23Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box, submitting the promotional form, booking a qualifying appointment, or otherwise using the offer, the customer confirms that they:

• Have read these Terms & Conditions
• Understand the requirements of the promotion
• Agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
• Understand that promotional eligibility depends on continued compliance with these Terms
